Parent Portal

All parents and guardians of students at the Ogden International School of Chicago can access information pertaining to their child's grades and attendance online. To access your child’s subject grades on Parent Portal, first contact your child's homeroom/advisory instructor for your Ogden student's CPS ID# or look at a past report card from any CPS school or other CPS records that you may have. Then, log onto http://parent.cps.k12.il.us. If you are a new user, click on the link that says “Click here to sign up.” Fill in the required fields. You create your own username and password. Please provide an email address in the space provided. Once your account has been created, log on through the above URL and the click on button on the left that says “Manage Students.” Click on the “Add Student” button and fill in the required fields. If you have more than one student in attendance at Ogden, use the "Add Student" button again under the same account name. The name of our East Campus, K-5th grade is William B. Ogden Elementary School. For the students at the West Campus, grades 6th - 9th, the campus name is Ogden International High School. For the PIN, please use 0000. It will then go into a pending status and will be approved providing that the student ID matches what is in the CPS database. After approval of the application, you will be automatically informed of this status by email if you provided the system with a valid email address. Applications are processed manually, so please be patient while your account is approved.
